Caina strives for transparency and respect at every stage of the shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can exercise your right to return it simply and clearly.

Returns and Cancellations
The customer may cancel the purchase and return the order within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.

• The cost of the return is the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or shipping error, in which case Caina assumes the cost.
• In the event of a valid return, the customer will be reimbursed for all costs associated with the purchase, including the initial shipping cost.
• The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 working days of receipt and verification of the returned product, using the same payment method as in the original transaction.

Product conditions for return
For the return to be accepted, the product must be sent:

• No signs of use and in perfect condition
• In original packaging, including box, protective bag, handles and labels
• No wear marks, such as scratches, stains or odors

Caina reserves the right to refuse the return if the product does not meet these conditions.
