These Terms and Conditions regulate the use of the Caina website and the conditions applicable to the purchase of products through the online store. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.

2. Products
The products presented on the Caina website are described in as much detail as possible. The images are illustrative and there may be slight differences in color or texture, without detriment to quality.

3. Ordering
To place an order, the customer must follow the online purchase process and confirm the details provided. Once completed, you will receive an automatic email confirming your order.
Caina reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of obvious price errors, unavailability of stock or suspected fraud.

4. Prices and Payment
The prices shown include VAT at the legal rate in force.
The payment methods available are indicated at checkout and are processed securely by certified entities.

5. Shipping
Shipping costs are indicated separately before the order is finalized.
Shipping to mainland Portugal is free.
For shipments outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for paying any duties, taxes or customs charges applicable in the country of destination.

6. Deliveries
Orders are shipped to the address indicated by the customer. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and are indicated on the product page or at checkout.
Caina is not responsible for delays attributable to third parties (carriers or customs).

7. Right of Free Resolution
Under current legislation, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must contact us by email with a clear indication of the decision to terminate the contract.
Products must be returned in perfect condition, without signs of use, in the original packaging and with all components.
Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the event of a Caina error.

8. Exchanges and Returns
Além do direito legal de livre resolução, a Caina não efetua trocas. Não são aceites devoluções de artigos usados, danificados ou sem embalagem original.

9. Warranty
All products marketed by Caina are covered by a 3-year legal guarantee of conformity, as provided for in the applicable Portuguese and European legislation.
In the event of a manufacturing defect or non-conformity, the customer should contact Caina by email at geral@caina.ptindicating:

• Order number
• Description of the problem
• Fotografias que evidenciem o defeito

Caina undertakes to assess the situation and, where applicable, repair, replace or refund the item at no additional cost to the customer.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, normal wear and tear, being dropped, exposure to water or chemicals, or alterations made by the customer to the original product.

10. Data Protection
Personal data collected during the purchase process is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policyin accordance with the GDPR.

11. Disputes and Applicable Law
In the event of a consumer dispute, the customer can use the EU's Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
Or contact an alternative dispute resolution body, such as the Consumer Conflict Arbitration Center in your area.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law.
